1. Returns

Window: You have 7 calendar days from the date you received the item to return it, only for damage/wrong product.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

Proof of Purchase: Please include the receipt or proof of purchase and a photo of the damaged product with your return request.
2. Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
